 twMXConfine( nXMin, nXMax )
 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
     Confine the mouse cursor to an area between columns nXMin and
     nXMax.

       Arguments:

     nXMin - 'N' Left hand coordinate of the confinement area.

     nXMax - 'N' Right hand coordinate of the confinement area.

       Return:

     NIL

       Example:

     twMXConfine( 15, 55  )
